QuestPulse is a cloud platform for creating, managing, and live-monitoring interactive real-time GPS scavenger hunts, walking tours, and group rallies.
2. Account Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all content uploaded to their quests (clue texts, images, questions). Defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
3. Real-World Safety During Quests
QuestPulse solely provides the software tooling. Organizers and players are entirely responsible for adhering to pedestrian laws, traffic safety, and local regulations when navigating physical streets. QuestPulse disclaims all liability for injuries, property loss, or damages during outdoor activities.
4. Free Access and Open Platform
QuestPulse is provided as a free, open platform for creating and hosting interactive scavenger hunts and team rallies. Access to all active features on the platform requires no payment, subscription, or payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
The QuestPulse brand, logo, source code, and design are the exclusive property of QuestPulse. Content created by organizers remains their intellectual property.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian and European Union law.
